Group Plans
The requirements for group plans are pretty simple:
- There must be 10 participants
- Sign up must be during enrollment periods or within 30 days of employment
- Must be 18 to 85 years old
- Must work 30 hours per week or more
Here are the benefits:
- 10% discount
- Can be paid by the company fully or partially or paid by the employee
- Family members, siblings, parents, spouses may all participate but will go through regular underwriting
- May be paid for with pre-tax dollars
