Affiliate Plans
An Affiliate Plan is one that will cover a group of individuals that belong to a group or organization. For example, a condo organization, Lions Clubs, Teachers unions and so on. The group must be member based, have a constitution or by-laws, meet at least once per year and be able to prove it. It can also be a small employer group.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 members
- 1 participant
- Individual underwriting applies
- Ages 18 to 85
Benefits:
- 5-10% discount
- Family members including spouse, siblings, children, and parents may all participate, and receive discounts
- Spousal and health discounts also apply
